I recently stayed for a night and really loved the cozy King Room. the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly tasty, especially the pancakes! The lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, with comfy seating and a nice TV to chill out. Just wish the shower had better water pressure, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

It was just a balanced option for strolling around Philadelphia at a reasonable price. The breakfast could be better, but it was clean and I managed to grab some fresh fruit. Just be sure to get there early for food.

great downtown access to parks and art museums

I loved how easy it was to stroll to Love Park, just 15 minutes away, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which is less than 2 km from the hotel, made my weekend exploration truly enjoyable. the room was comfortable, and the staff friendly, making my stay even more pleasant.

The hotel’s vibrant decor and bright lobby made me feel instantly welcome. I appreciated the thoughtful design that allowed for easy navigation, especially for seniors like me, ensuring everything was within reach and comfortable.

The pillows in our deluxe king room were incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Had a bumpy start when I arrived super late, but Steven totally came through! He got me a room before the official check-in time, so I could crash before my early morn orientation. The place is well-located, but parking is a pain and costs $35. The bar area was nice to chill in too.

The location is outstanding, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep.

However, the service at the front desk left much to be desired.

the best western plus has a fantastic fitness center open all day. the staff were really friendly, making us feel welcome. the hotel is nestled in a non-touristy area yet close to the main attractions, which was a plus. parking was manageable, even at night.
